About Jobs West

Jobs West is the supported employment division of the Developmental Disabilities Association. Jobs West assists adults with developmental disabilities to prepare for, find and keep community based work placements.

Jobs West has been in operation since 1985 and provides employers and adults with developmental disabilities with:

Pre-placement
Pre-screening of potential employees
On-the-job training assistance
Follow-up support

Funding

Jobs West is primarily funded by Community Living B.C.
